Research
IVY Properties was a new real estate startup entering the UAE market with zero online presence, no digital assets, and no structured marketing system. The objective was to build the entire digital ecosystem from scratch and establish the brand as a competitive player in the real estate sector. I led the complete digital transformation, including website development, social media setup, paid advertising, SEO, content creation, influencer marketing, and lead generation strategy.
Challenge
The company had no existing digital footprint, including no website, no social media strategy, and no brand visibility in the UAE market. There was no structured marketing system in place for lead generation or customer acquisition. The brand lacked content assets such as professional property photography, videos, or ad creatives. Additionally, there was no SEO foundation, no advertising history, and no influencer or digital collaboration strategy. As a new entrant in a highly competitive real estate market, building trust, visibility, and credibility from zero was a major challenge.
Process
We started with a full market and competitor analysis to understand the UAE real estate landscape and identify target investor segments. Based on this, I built the brand’s entire digital infrastructure, including a professional website optimized for user experience and lead generation. A complete social media system was created across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, with consistent content planning, engagement strategy, and brand positioning. I developed and executed paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google Ads, targeting both local and international property investors. To enhance engagement, I implemented influencer marketing collaborations and created high-quality content including property photography and video-based creatives. SEO optimization was also applied to improve organic visibility and long-term traffic growth.
Solution
I built a complete end-to-end digital marketing system for IVY Properties, starting from zero. A fully functional website was developed and optimized for conversions and SEO. Social media platforms were set up and managed with consistent branding, content, and engagement strategy.
Paid advertising campaigns were executed across Meta, Google, and other platforms, with a total ad spend of over 150K AED, focusing on high-quality lead generation. Content creation, including photography and video assets, was implemented to enhance ad performance and brand credibility. Influencer marketing strategies were introduced to increase reach and trust in the market.
