Seattle Support Services was already operating in the market but had limited digital structure and inconsistent performance in marketing and lead conversion. The objective was to improve digital presence, optimize ad performance, and increase revenue through structured performance marketing and full-funnel execution. I worked on building and managing the complete digital ecosystem including website development, paid advertising, social media, CRM flow, and content creation.
Challenge
The business had limited structured digital infrastructure, with no optimized websites and weak SEO presence. Social media content was inconsistent and lacked engagement-driven design. Lead management was not streamlined, and CRM flow was not properly structured for tracking and conversion. Paid campaigns were running but not fully optimized for ROI. There was also a lack of structured funnel integration between ads, inquiry handling, and sales follow-up, leading to missed conversion opportunities.
Process
I developed two websites from scratch and implemented SEO strategies to improve search visibility and organic reach. Social media platforms were fully managed, including content design, branding consistency, and engagement-focused posts. Paid advertising campaigns were structured and optimized with a consistent monthly budget of 30K AED, focusing on lead generation and revenue performance. I also built a proper CRM flow system to manage inquiries, track leads, and improve sales follow-up efficiency. In addition, I handled graphic design, campaign creatives, and performance tracking to continuously optimize ad results. End-to-end funnel management was implemented, from ad click to inquiry handling and conversion support.
Results
Before optimization, the company was generating around 75K AED revenue against ad spend. After taking over campaign management and restructuring the system, performance significantly improved:
- Managed 30K AED monthly ad spend
- Increased revenue to 107K AED in the first month
- Improved further to 110K AED in the following month
- Designed and managed full social media content and branding system
- Developed SEO-optimized websites from scratch
- Improved lead flow, CRM tracking, and inquiry handling system
- Enhanced overall brand visibility and conversion efficiency
