This project focused on transforming an interior design company that was operating purely offline into a strong, digitally visible brand. Despite delivering high-quality design work, the client lacked an online presence, structured branding, and a system to attract and convert clients digitally. We started by analyzing the client’s current business model and market position.

Key Insight:
The client had excellent design execution but no digital foundation to showcase or scale it.
Challenge
The client had no online presence, with no website or visibility on Google, making it difficult to attract new customers digitally. Their social media lacked strategy and consistency, and no paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Meta or Google Ads had been utilized. The portfolio was unorganized and not presented in a professional manner, which affected client perception. Additionally, there was no clear brand identity, including tone, messaging, or positioning. Content was limited, with no high-quality videos or storytelling assets to engage the audience. There was also no lead generation system in place, such as funnels, landing pages, or CRM integration. As a result, the business was completely dependent on offline referrals and manual networking for growth.
Process
We began by understanding the client’s brand, services, and target audience to define a clear direction and position them as a premium interior design company. Based on this, we developed a high-end website that effectively showcased their services, portfolio, and included a structured lead capture system. We then collected and refined their past projects, transforming them into a well-organized and visually appealing portfolio. To address the lack of engaging content, we created high-quality visuals by converting images into dynamic videos and writing scripts that highlighted storytelling and lifestyle elements. Finally, we established a consistent social media strategy, focusing on content planning, design alignment, and regular posting to improve visibility, engagement, and overall brand perception.
Solution
We built a complete digital ecosystem for the client, starting with a professional website to showcase their services and enable lead generation. Their portfolio was carefully organized and elevated into a premium presentation to strengthen brand credibility. We established a clear brand identity with consistent messaging and visual direction aligned with the luxury interior design market.
To drive visibility and engagement, we handled full social media setup and management, including content planning, graphic design, and consistent posting. We also focused on content creation by scripting and producing engaging videos, along with professional video editing to enhance storytelling.
In addition, we launched and managed paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Meta and Google, optimizing performance to reach the right audience and generate quality leads. Overall, the strategy transformed the business into a strong, digitally active brand with a clear path for growth.
